Getting Started:
- Email your 'Point' or 'Fannie Mae(.fnm)' file to us at:
Submissions@AcceleratedLP.com
- Complete a 'Loan Submission Form' and fax along with additional documents to:
(954) 272-7000
- Upon receipt of the above, we will enter the file in the system and send you an
email identifying your processor and procedure. All files will be processed within 24hrs. of receipt.
*Additional Documents Required:
- Completed & signed initial 1003 application
- Copy of signed GFE within compliance
- Credit report
- Signed borrower's authorization form
- Fully executed purchase contract
